Explicit consent must be specific, informed and freely given (Art. 3/1-a). Each heading below is consented to separately; declining one does not prevent you from using our other services.
1. Why consent is needed
Most of the data we process to prepare quotes, issue policies and support you during a claimdoes not require consent — it rests on other legal grounds such as performance of a contract and our statutory obligations. See thePrivacy Notice.
This text covers only the two activities we cannot carry out without your consent.
2. Processing of your health data
For health, complementary health and travel health insurance, the insurer needs the health details you declare in order to price and accept the risk. Health data is aspecial category of personal data (Art. 6/1); processing it is prohibited as a rule but permitted with your explicit consent under Art. 6/3-(a).

3. Commercial electronic messages
Campaign, announcement and promotional messages may only be sent with your prior consent under Law no. 6563, and your consent is recorded in the İYS system.

By ticking this consent you also give explicit consent under Art. 9 of the KVKK to your name, phone and e-mail being transferred abroad for this purpose. Your ID number, date of birth, address, plate and documents are never written to this list. |
4. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge. Withdrawal takes effect going forward and does not make earlier processing unlawful.

5. Consent is not a condition of service
We do not make the use of our services conditional on giving the consents in this text. Outside the health product line you can obtain quotes and buy policies without giving any consent.
